Frequently asked questions
Are you lawyers? Will a lawyer see my case?
In our experience and in most cases, visa applications can be solved without recurring to lawyers. Hiring a lawyer can be expensive, and frequently the tangible benefit is not proportional to the cost.

With that being said, all our procedures are backed by years of succesful experience. Our visa consultants have worked themselves at the BAMF, and know the procedures well. In our experience, a well prepared visa file can significantly reduce the effort, and therefore the time it takes for authorities to process it.
Do you have special access to appointments (Termine)?
You don't necessarily need an appointment (Termin) to apply for your visa. Upon reception of your case, the authorities usually assign a timely appointment to the applicants.

Therefore, we don't seek to have a special access to appointments.
Do you also do student visas? Blue cards? Other visas?
Currently, we only cover settlement visas (Niederlassungserlaubnis, Aufenthaltstitel and Daueraufenthaltstitel).

We are working hard to gradually broaden our services, and we'll be glad to see you back. Keep checking us out!
What happens if I am eligible, but my documents are not admissible?
In this case, you will receive specific feedback from us about which document isn't accepted, and what can be provided instead.
You will then have the choice: either 30 days to provide another document to support your application (can be longer, we are flexible) or we will take a 49€ processing fee and reimburse you of the remainder of your payment.
Is your "success or reimbursed" policy unrestricted?
We will reimburse your fee in full if the reason for rejection is linked to our assessment. If something unrelated to it happened (e.g. missed appointments, miscommunication, ...) your fee won't be reimbursed. For the reimbursement, we will ask you for the official document justifying the rejection.
The test confirmed my eligibility, but I am hesitant. What happens after I pay the fee?
After paying the fee, we will get in touch with you via the email provided at the end of the test. We will give you a list of document to be provided, which you can do by replying to that email. Sevkan, our operations expert, will look through your documents and get in touch if any information is missing of if the documents are invalid. Should everything be good to go, you will receive directly your case file, ready to be submitted.
You will have the option to chose either to apply for the visa yourself or for us to apply for you. For the latter, we will need an authorisation (vollmacht) from you.
How do we deal with your data?
We recognise that the data we are handling is sensitive, and give special attention and care to treat it as such. Our mail and storage providers encrypt emails in transit and on the servers using a type of asymmetric cryptography called S/MIME. A digital signature unique to each user ensures that the email isn’t spoofed. Click here for more information on our provider's security policy.
Your data will be deleted from our database 6 moths after your application is submitted or sent to you. Outside of that period, you can always reach out to us to request the deletion of any of your data that might be stored with us.

Last but not least: we are compliant with GDPR and with all relevant German and EU privacy regulations.
Does your service also cover following-up with the Landesamt für Einwanderung/BAMF/Auslanderbehörder/BIS/KVR/...?
Currently, we offer pre-application and application services. From the application onwards, you will be responsible for your case.

We are working to gradually broaden our services, so stay tuned for updates!
